About The Sherbro Island Project

In 2012, I founded Pinnacle Tutors, a London-based tutoring company dedicated to helping children prepare for grammar school exams. The success of this venture inspired me to dream bigger—to create a lasting impact in Sierra Leone, a country close to my heart.

We started small, launching an after-school tutoring and feeding program for children in Sherbro Island. For nearly a year, we provided academic support and nutritious meals, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of education. But we knew we could do more.

In 2023, we took a monumental step forward by opening the Pinnacle International Primary School in Ngolahun, Sierra Leone, offering free, quality education to children who deserve a brighter future. But we cannot do it alone.

Be a part of this movement. Together, we can change lives, one child at a time.

“There is no better way to serve our people than by providing them with the opportunity to access free and quality education from its cradle.”
